Customer Service Officer

We are seeking

Experienced Casual Customer Service Officers who :

  • are able to provide customer focused service delivery either by phone or face to face,
  • can assess customer needs and assist to resolve customer enquiries
  • can prioritise and meet deadlines and have an attention to detail
  • have good computer literacy and accuracy, have cashiering skills
  • are able to receipt and can understand accounting principles
  • work well within a team.
